Instructions

  1. Cut slices from a large zucchini. Place on a baking sheet or in a baking dish.
  2. Crumble the feta and mix with half a glass of pesto. Chop up the garlic clove and add. Mash everything a little with a fork.
  3. Cut the onion into slices and place one slice on each of the zucchini slices. Spread the feta and pesto mixture on top.
  4. In the oven for 15 minutes at 170-200 ° until the topping is browned or the zucchini is soft.
