Ingredients

  • 250 g ham, cooked
  • 2 zucchini
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1 onion (s)
  • salt and pepper
  • 200 g cocktail tomatoes
  • 1 shot white wine
  • 250 ml whipped cream, (cream)
  • 1 cup crème fraîche
  • 1 orange (s), the juice
  • Lemon juice
  • Worcester sauce
  • 1 pinch (s) cayenne pepper
  • Herbs, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Peel and chop the garlic and sweat it in olive oil, add the ham cut into pieces and fry a little. Salt and pepper and keep warm.
  2. Sweat the finely chopped onions in the roast and add the zucchini cut into bite-sized pieces! Halve the cochtail tomatoes and sweat with them. Deglaze with white wine, fill up with cream and creme fraiche and reduce a little. Finally, add the ham to the sauce and season with the spices!
  3. Basmati rice goes very well with it!
