Ingredients
- 2 small zucchini
- 4 clove (s) garlic
- 100 g tomato (s), dried
- 100 ml wine, dry
- 100 ml chicken broth, white, strong
- 2 tablespoon lime juice
- 2 tablespoon herbs, Italian
- Pepper from the grinder
- Olive oil, for braising
- Chili oil, to refine
- soy sauce
- little sugar

- Heat the olive oil in the wok, add the zucchini slices, garlic slices, the dried, finely chopped tomatoes, spices and herbs, pour in the chicken stock and white wine, reduce a little, season with chili oil, soy sauce and a pinch of sugar.
