Ingredients

  • 2 small zucchini
  • 4 clove (s) garlic
  • 100 g tomato (s), dried
  • 100 ml wine, dry
  • 100 ml chicken broth, white, strong
  • 2 tablespoon lime juice
  • 2 tablespoon herbs, Italian
  • Pepper from the grinder
  • Olive oil, for braising
  • Chili oil, to refine
  • soy sauce
  • little sugar

Instructions

  1. Heat the olive oil in the wok, add the zucchini slices, garlic slices, the dried, finely chopped tomatoes, spices and herbs, pour in the chicken stock and white wine, reduce a little, season with chili oil, soy sauce and a pinch of sugar.
  2. We like it best with fried fish, but it also tastes delicious with all briefly fried meat dishes or mixed with spaghetti in a wok.
