Ingredients
- 3 tablespoon flour
- 2 tablespoon sugar
- 1 medium egg (s)
- 3 tablespoon cocoa powder, unsweetened
- 3 tablespoon Nutella
- 3 tablespoon oil, neutral
- 3 tablespoon milk
- 1 pinch (s) salt
For decoration:
- whipped cream
- strawberries

- Put all ingredients (no matter in the order) in a large mug (otherwise it will overflow) and stir well until a smooth dough is formed (do not stir too long, otherwise the cake will not be so fluffy and juicy but compact and firm).
- Place the mug in the microwave and cook on the highest setting for 1 1/2 - 2 minutes.
- Tip: I always put a small plate under the mug in case something overflows so I don`t have to clean the whole microwave.
- The portion is enough for one cup and here for two people - sometimes just for me.
- I serve the cake, garnished with freshly whipped cream and small strawberry pieces, while it is still hot. But it is also a pleasure when cold! In the picture, unfortunately, I only had ice cream, no cream, but it also tastes great.
