Ingredients

  • 250 g butter
  • 200 g suar
  • 6 egg (s)
  • 3 tablespoon, leveled cocoa powder
  • 1 tablespoon, leveled cinnamon
  • 125 ml coffee, stronger, lukewarm
  • 150 g hazelnuts or almonds, coarsely round
  • 250 g flour
  • 1 packet baking powder
  • 1 point cake icing (chocolate)
  • 1 bag chocolate decoration (mocha beans)
  • Fat and breadcrumbs for the mold

Instructions

  1. Mix the butter with the sugar until frothy. Mix in the eggs one by one. Mix the flour with baking powder, cocoa and cinnamon, sieve and stir in. Stir in coffee and nuts. Pour the dough into a very well greased bundt pan, sprinkled with breadcrumbs.
  2. Bake in a preheated oven at 175 ° C for approx. 45 minutes (stick test). After cooling, cover with chocolate icing and decorate with mocha beans.
