Ingredients

  • 200 g pollack fillet (s), (Alaska pollack fillet), frozen
  • 100 g cream cheese
  • 50 g ajvar, mild
  • 1 medium peppers
  • 1 small onion (s)
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 150 g mushrooms, fresh
  • spice (s)

Instructions

  1. Chop the vegetables and sauté them. Then season the Alaskan pollock fillet to taste and fry it until golden brown on both sides in a pan.
  2. Once the vegetables are steamed, add the cream cheese and ajvar and possibly a splash of mineral water to create a smooth cream cheese sauce.
  3. The vegetables can of course be exchanged as desired. Serve both together.
