Ingredients
- 4 cloves garlic
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 cup rice
- 3 cup water, hot
- 1 tablespoon vegetable stock, instant, amount for 250 ml ready-made stock
- 2 pinches salt

- Peel the garlic cloves, flatten them with a wide knife and chop finely. Heat a wide pan over medium heat, add the oil, swirl, pull the pan off the plate, add the garlic and let it simmer until the taste starts to rise. The garlic must not burn in the process. Sprinkle two pinches of salt on top. Put the pan back on the stove, add the rice and fry for 1 - 2 minutes over a high heat, stirring constantly, add the stocking powder and water, mix well, then cover. Now reduce the temperature to a minimum (1 or Low) and simmer covered for 15 minutes. Then remove the pan from the stove, stir with a wooden trowel and let rest for 5 minutes.
