Ingredients

  • 1 kg asparagus
  • 1 kg potato (s)
  • 200 g cooked ham
  • 1 cup cream
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 packs sauce powder for Hollandaise sauce, instant
  • 1 packet cheese, grated, Emmentaler or Gouda
  • salt and pepper
  • 100 ml milk
  • chives
  • 1 dash lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Peel the potatoes, cut them into slices and boil them in salted water. Peel the asparagus, cut into small pieces and cook in salted boiling water (with a dash of lemon juice) for 15 minutes until al dente. Cut the ham into small cubes.
  2. First distribute the boiled potatoes in a baking dish, then sprinkle half of the ham on top. Then spread the asparagus and the rest of the ham.
  3. Mix the cream, sour cream and milk well and stir in the hollandaise sauce, season with salt and pepper and sprinkle with chives (depending on your taste) in the sauce. Spread the whole thing over the asparagus / potato mixture. Spread the cheese well and bake at 200 ° C for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
