Ingredients

  • 40 g cocoa powder
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ clove powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ vanilla powder (bourbon)
  • 80 g chocolate, at least 70% cocoa content
  • 50 grams sugar
  • 2 teaspoons cornstarch

Instructions

  1. Place the chocolate in the freezer for about 10 minutes and grate finely or grind in a grinder. Mix with all other ingredients, pour into a glass and let it steep.

  3. Add 1 tablespoon to approx. 250 ml of hot milk, or more or less depending on your taste and needs. The milk should boil briefly, then add the spices, stir, done!
