Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon vanilla sugar
- 2 tablespoon sugar, brown
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ cinnamon powder
- 0.25 teaspoon ¼ cardamom, approx.
- nutmeg
- Clove powder
- 2 pinches coriander
- 70 g chocolate, at least %
- 30 g chocolate, whole milk or nouat

- Roughly grate the chocolate and / or nougat on a vegetable grater, it works great if you put the chocolate in the freezer for 10 minutes beforehand!
- Mix all ingredients together and add to the chocolate.
- Use:
- Stir 2-3 tablespoons of the drinking chocolate in 200 ml of hot milk and enjoy, it is also very tasty in coffee or on top of whipped cream!
- As a present:
- Just put it in a transparent bag with a note showing how it is to be used and a nice bow!
- Store in a cool place!
