Ingredients

100 g almond (s), peeled, round
200 g flour, whole rain (spelled and / or wheat)
120 g cane suar (whole cane suar) or 100 cane suar or another sweetness
1 teaspoon vanilla powder or vanilla sugar
1 packet tartar baking powder or baking powder
200 ml milk (oat drink or soy drink) or water, possibly more

For covering:

500 g apples
1 teaspoon cane sugar (whole cane sugar) or similar.
0.5 teaspoon ½ cinnamon powder
4 tablespoon almond flakes
Fat for the shape

Instructions

Mix the dry ingredients well, then stir thoroughly with the liquid. Since whole wheat flour needs more liquid, add some oat drink if necessary. The dough should fall from the spoon with a tough tear. Put the dough in a greased springform pan.
Peel, halve or quarter and core the apples. Cut the round side lengthways several times and place it on the dough with the round side up. Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar and spread the flaked almonds on top.
Place the mold in the middle of the oven preheated to 200 ° C (top / bottom heat). Bake for about 40 - 50 minutes, until the apples are soft.
The cake tastes great warm and two days later it was still delicious.
