Instructions

  1. Knead a shortcrust pastry from the flour, an egg, 125 g butter, the water, pepper and salt and chill for 30 minutes.
  2. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C top / bottom heat.
  3. Clean, wash and cut the vegetables. Cut the apples into cubes and drizzle with the lemon juice. Sear the chopped onion in the oil in a pan, then remove it from the heat and let it cool down. Mix in the leek rings and the apple cubes.
  4. Grease a springform pan and line it with the dough, pulling up a high edge. Prick the dough several times with a fork and prebake blindly for 10 minutes.
  5. Whisk the remaining 4 eggs with sour cream, cream, salt, pepper and the other spices. Take the springform pan out of the oven, pour in the vegetables and pour the egg cream on top. Sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake on the middle shelf for 30 - 45 minutes at 190 ° C.

About Editorial Staff

The Boss Kitchen editorial staff oversees content review, fact-checking, and recipe verification across the site. Published articles pass through the editorial team before going live, ensuring ingredient lists, techniques, cooking times, and nutritional claims hold up in a home kitchen. The team coordinates contributions across the site writers, handles reader corrections, and maintains consistency in measurement conventions, safety guidance, and dietary labeling. Posts under this byline typically represent team-reviewed reference material, site announcements, or editorial roundups rather than individual-author features, and they are held to the same sourcing standards as bylined recipe and product coverage.
