  • 1 leek
  • 1 packet puff pastry from the refrigerated shelf
  • 1 egg (s)
  • 250 g crème fraîche
  • 200 g cheese, rated
  • 1 tablespoon butter for the pan
  • salt and pepper
  • nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Cut the leek into fine rings and sauté with a little butter in a pan. Cut the salmon into slightly wider strips and add to the leek.
  2. Let the leek and salmon mixture cool down briefly. Then mix in the creme fraîche, egg and half of the cheese. Season everything with the spices.
  3. Grease a quiche or springform pan with butter and line it with the puff pastry. Form an edge. Finally, pour the leek and salmon mixture into the mold and spread the rest of the cheese over it.
  4. Bake for about 25 - 35 minutes (cover the quiche if necessary) at 200 ° C (top / bottom heat or convection).
