- 1 tablespoon curry powder
- fat
- 1 liter water
- 2 cubes chicken broth
- some sour cream, creme fraiche or milk
- chives

- To cut onions. Peel the apples and cut into small cubes. Let the onion become translucent in fat, sprinkle with curry, add the apples and sauté briefly. Pour water over, add the stock cubes and cook for 15 minutes. Then mix, add some milk, sprinkle with chives and serve immediately.
