  • Butter for sautéing
  • 3 apples (Cox - Orange), peeled, diced
  • 1 tablespoon curry powder, mild
  • 1 liter chicken broth
  • 100 ml cream
  • Tabasco

Instructions

  1. Steam the finely diced onions in butter until translucent. Add the apples and dust with the curry powder. Sweat it and add the broth. Bring to the boil and cook for 15 minutes.
  2. Puree, salt and pepper. Refine with the cream, season the Tabasco slightly spicy and serve immediately.
