Ingredients
- 225 g flour (wheat flour)
- 1 teaspoon Baking powder
- 30 g oatmeal
- 100 g almond (s), round
- 150 grams sugar
- 2 points vanilla sugar
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ cinnamon, ground
- 200 g butter
- 1 glass applesauce, chunky
- 1 lemon (s), grated zest

- Mix flour and baking powder in a mixing bowl.
- Add the oatmeal, almonds, sugar and vanilla sugar, cinnamon and butter. Process the ingredients into sprinkles using the hand mixer with beater and then chill for a while.
- Put half of the crumble in a greased 12-cup muffin pan and press lightly.
- Mix the applesauce with the lemon zest and use a teaspoon to spread over the muffin - crumble batter. Then the remaining sprinkles are given over it.
