  • 200 ml applesauce
  • 400 ml flour
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ salt

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk the eggs, sugar, oil and applesauce together. In a second bowl, mix the flour with the cinnamon, baking powder and salt. Then mix the two mixtures together well.
  2. Line the muffin tin with paper liners, fill in the batter and bake the muffins at 180 ° (fan-assisted) for 15 to 20 minutes.
