Ingredients

  • 100 g butter
  • 100 g powdered suar
  • 1 pinch vanilla sugar
  • 1 dash amaretto
  • 4 egg (s), separated
  • 250 g quark
  • 1 pinch flour
  • 8 apricot (s)
  • Ice cream (vanilla)
  • powdered sugar
  • Butter for the mold

Instructions

  1. Mix the butter with icing sugar until frothy. Mix in the vanilla sugar, amaretto and egg yolks well. Wrap the quark in a cloth and squeeze out vigorously. Mix well with the mixture, add flour and carefully fold in the beaten egg white.
  2. Grease 4 heat-resistant soup plates well with butter and fill them with the mixture to equal parts. Place the pitted and halved apricots on top and bake in the oven at 180 ° C for about 12 minutes.
  3. Remove, sprinkle with powdered sugar, put a scoop of ice cream in the center and serve quickly.
