Ingredients

  • 1 kg apricot (s)
  • 0.5 liter ½ milk
  • 1 pck.pudding powder, cream
  • sugar
  • 6 sheets gelatin, white
  • 125 g cream
  • 125 g rapes, blue

Instructions

  1. Wash apricots. Hold back 8 apricots for garnish. Quarter and stone all others, puree in a blender.
  2. Bring the milk to the boil, stir the pudding powder with a few tablespoons of cold water until smooth, add to the milk and bring to the boil. Stir in the pureed apricots, add sugar and bring to the boil again.
  3. Soak gelatine in cold water for 10 minutes, squeeze it out, dissolve in a water bath and stir into the pudding. Pour the pudding into a mold that has been rinsed with cold water and refrigerate.
  4. Turn the pudding out onto a platter. Place the apricot halves all around and fill alternately with grapes and dots of cream.
