Ingredients

  • 500 g apricot (s), (apricots)
  • 60 ml water
  • 2 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon honey, (20g)
  • 1 tablespoon powdered sugar, (20g)
  • 4 cl amaretto, (almond liqueur) depending on taste
  • 30 g flaked almonds
  • Ice cream, (vanilla ice cream)

  • Lemon balm

Instructions

  1. Wash and core the apricots and cut into wedges.
  2. Boil the water with lemon juice, honey and icing sugar once. Add the apricots and cook over a low heat for about 2 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool.
  3. Add the amaretto (almond liqueur) and flaked almonds and refrigerate for about 2 hours.
  4. Serve with vanilla ice cream and garnish with whipped cream and lemon balm leaves.
