Ingredients

  • 450 g pork
  • 4 tablespoon honey
  • Soy sauce, light
  • some wheat flour or corn flour
  • Cayenne pepper
  • Oil, (peanut oil)
  • 500 g veetables, mixed, (wok veetables), frozen or fresh
  • 0.25 liter ¼ vegetable stock
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 400 g noodles, (Asia noodles)

Instructions

  1. Cut the pork into small bite-sized pieces. Then mix honey, 6-8 tablespoon soy sauce and a little cayenne pepper into a marinade. Place the meat in it, turn it over and refrigerate for 1 hour so that the marinade can soak in.
  2. Then roll the meat in a little flour. Heat some peanut oil in a pan or in a wok and fry the meat until it is nice and brown, the outer edge should be crispy. Take the meat out of the pan. Briefly fry the wok vegetables in the pan and then add the vegetable stock. Bring to the boil and season with soy sauce, oyster sauce and cayenne pepper. Add the meat again and let everything simmer for a few more minutes, until the vegetables are cooked but still firm to the bite. Stir again and again.
  3. Prepare the pasta according to the instructions on the packet and serve with it.
