Ingredients

  • 0.25 liter ¼ orange juice or pineapple juice
  • 3 tablespoon soy sauce, light
  • salt
  • 3 tablespoon ketchup
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch
  • some cayenne pepper
  • some curry
  • some sugar
  • some lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Mix the orange juice, soy sauce and ketchup and season with the spices to taste sweet and sour. Boil all ingredients (except for Mondamin) in a saucepan and bind with the Mondamin.
  2. All light types of meat fried in the pan, such as poultry, pork loin steaks, pork fillet or fish, go well with this.
  3. All kinds of vegetables, cut into strips or cubes, simply add raw to the sauce and briefly bring to the boil.
