Ingredients
- 500 g asparaus, reen and white
- 200 g mushrooms, brown
- 2 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon mustard (Dijon)
- 2 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ sugar
- 1 shallot (s), small
- 8 tablespoon olive oil
- 250 g rocket (rocket)
- 400 g shrimp, lare
- pepper from the grinder
- Basil, fresh
- 2 teaspoons pepper, pink, ground in a mortar

- Peel the asparagus and cut into pieces, cook in a little lightly salted water until cooked.
- Clean the mushrooms and cut into thin slices.
- Mix together lemon juice, mustard, vinegar, pepper, sugar and finely chopped shallot. Submerge olive oil.
- Add the asparagus while it is still warm.
- Wash and clean rocket and arrange on a plate.
- Fry the shrimp.
- Arrange the asparagus, mushrooms and shrimp on the rocket. Garnish with basil and pink pepper.
- Serve with fresh baguette.
