Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1 bunch spring onion (s)
  • 3 bell peppers, each red, green, yellow
  • 1 cucumber (s)
  • 500 g tomato (s)
  • 2 tablespoon vinegar (apple cider vinegar)
  • 2 tablespoon oil (walnut oil)
  • 250 g shrimp (s), frozen
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Heat the oil, cut the spring onions into rings and the paprika into strips.
  2. Steam both in the hot fat, turning constantly for about 5 minutes.
  3. In the meantime, peel the cucumber, cut in half lengthways and cut into slices. Dice the tomatoes and add them.
  4. Mix the steamed vegetables with the apple cider vinegar to make the cucumber and tomatoes
  5. Then heat the oil in the pan again, but this time to fry the prawns until golden brown on both sides
  6. Mix with the salad, season with salt and pepper,
  7. Let rest in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
