Ingredients

  • g 1,500 asparaus, fresh
  • 300 g ham, serrano (thinly sliced)
  • 200 g fresh parmesan cheese
  • 125 g butter
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ sugar

Instructions

  1. Peel the asparagus and cook in salted water with the sugar for about 15 minutes.
  2. Divide the ham on three plates. Melt the butter. Drain the asparagus well and spread it over the ham. Baste with the butter. Finally, spread the freshly grated parmesan over the top.
  3. Baguette goes well with it.
  4. This dish is also very suitable as a starter (then it is enough for about 6 people)
