Ingredients

80 g chickpeas or lentils, cooked without salt
1 tablespoon spelled flour
0.5 ½ rusks (baby rusks)
1 slice (s) ginger, peeled
1 pinch cumin
1 teaspoon parsley, fresh

Also:

some oil for deep-frying

Instructions

Mix all ingredients with the hand blender and form balls or small patties from the mixture. Fry them in hot oil. Don`t let it get too dark!
The amount makes 1 - 2 servings depending on your appetite. As always, steamed vegetables are enough.
I always pre-cook large quantities of chickpeas and lentils and freeze them in portions.
