- 500 g mushrooms (iant)
- 200 g bacon, sliced
- 200 g feta cheese
- 1 handful parsley
- 1 handful chives
- 1 clove garlic
- salt and pepper
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 0.5 ½ lemon (n)

- Chop the herbs, press the garlic and place in a bowl with the feta and oil and crush with a fork. Season with salt, pepper and lemon juice.
- Clean the mushrooms and remove the stems. Pour the feta mixture into the mushroom head and wrap two to three bacon slices around each mushroom head.
- Then either grill the mushrooms or bake them in the oven at 200 ° C for 15-20 minutes.
