Ingredients
- 250 ml milk (whole milk)
- 125 ml water
- 500 ml milk (winter dream baked apple)
- 1 pinch (s) salt
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 1 lemon (s), the grated zest
- 200 g rice
- 3 large apples
- cinnamon and sugar
- possibly raisins

- Bring the milk, water, winter dream baked apple milk, salt, vanilla sugar and lemon zest to the boil, add the rice and slowly cook until soft without the lid on. Peel, core and cut the apples into fine slices, add to the rice and stir briefly. Garnish with cinnamon and sugar and serve lukewarm.
