Baked Banana Dream

Ingredients

180 g toast bread
4 tablespoon margarine or butter
3 banana (s), cut diagonally into oval slices
1 lemon (s), juice it

For the cast:

3 egg (s), separated
Aroma (vanilla)
375 ml milk, or skimmed milk

Instructions

Place half of the bread slices in a greased baking dish and drizzle with the margarine. Spread half of the banana slices over the bread and immediately drizzle with lemon juice. Then put a second layer of bread and the rest of the banana slices on top.
Mix the egg yolk, vanilla and milk together well. Beat egg whites to stiff snow and fold in.
Pour over the banana bake and bake in a preheated oven at 200 ° C for about 35 minutes.
If you like it sweeter, you can of course also add sugar or sweetener to the topping.
