Baked Brisket

Easy to prepare, delicious baked brisket with garlic.

Cook: 1 hour 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Pork belly – 1 kg
  • Garlic – 10 cloves
  • Pepper to taste
  • Spices to taste
  • Salt – 3 tbsp (for cooking brisket)

Directions

  1. Cut the brisket into portions, put in a saucepan, fill with water, bring to a boil, reduce heat and cook for 20 minutes. After boiling, add salt.
  2. Drain the water, cool the brisket. Stuff the cooled brisket with garlic.
  3. Chop the remaining garlic, mix with spices and roll the brisket in this mixture.
  4. Put on a baking sheet and bake at 180 degrees for 40-50 minutes.
  5. Cool the baked brisket and serve cold to the table!\
