Baked Brisket

Easy to prepare, delicious baked brisket with garlic.

- Cut the brisket into portions, put in a saucepan, fill with water, bring to a boil, reduce heat and cook for 20 minutes. After boiling, add salt.
- Drain the water, cool the brisket. Stuff the cooled brisket with garlic.
- Chop the remaining garlic, mix with spices and roll the brisket in this mixture.
- Put on a baking sheet and bake at 180 degrees for 40-50 minutes.
- Cool the baked brisket and serve cold to the table!\
