Ingredients

For the kneading dough:

  • 300 g wheat flour
  • 175 g butter, soft
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 3 tablespoons water
  • 25 g parmesan, rated
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder, coated
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ salt

For covering:

  • 175 g processed cheese, with walnut kernels
  • 150 g blue cheese, creamy
  • 5 slices cheese, (Gouda)
  • 150 g rapes, blue
  • 1 can pineapple, sliced (340g)
  • 200 g camembert (s), cream
  • 250 g rapes, reen
  • 150 g sheep cheese
  • 2 kiwi (s)
  • 6 half peach (e), a.d. Can

Instructions

  1. For the dough, mix the flour and baking powder and sift into a mixing bowl. Add the remaining ingredients and work through well with the hand mixer (dough hook) first briefly on the low and then on the highest level. Chill the dough for a good 30 minutes. Roll out the dough on a greased baking sheet, prick several times with a fork and put the baking sheet in the oven.
  2. Top / bottom heating: approx. 200 ° C (preheated)
  3. Hot air approx. 180 ° C (not preheated)
  4. Gas: 3 - 4 (preheated)
  5. Baking time: about 15 minutes
  6. Let the pastry plate cool down.
  7. For the topping, cut the blue cheese into slices. Wash, halve and core the blue grapes. Drain the pineapple slices. Cut the camembert into slices. Wash the green grapes, cut in half and remove the seeds. Dice the sheep`s cheese, peel the kiwis and cut into slices. Cut the processed cheese into thick strips and drain the peach halves. Cover the pastry plate with the fruit, cover each type of fruit * with the appropriate cheese. Put the baking sheet in the oven.
