  • 2 packs dumplings, e.g., Vegetables, 4 pieces per pack
  • 400 g mushrooms, e.., mushrooms
  • 50 g herbal cream cheese
  • 200 ml milk
  • some oil
  • some salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. The Maultaschen are not cooked. They are taken out of the package and cut into 8 pieces each. Then fry in a pan with a little oil until the pieces are nice and crispy on the outside.
  2. Chop the mushrooms, add them to the pan and fry them. Add the cream cheese and stir. Then pour in the milk until a thick sauce is formed. Finally season with salt and pepper.
