  • 6 clove (s) garlic
  • 4 sprigs rosemary
  • 4 sprigs thyme
  • 4 sprigs sage
  • 4 sprigs oregano
  • 4 bay leaves, fresh
  • 6 tablespoon olive oil
  • salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.
  2. Peel and wash the potatoes and cut lengthways. Peel the onions and garlic. Cut the onions into approx. 4 mm thick slices, leave the garlic whole. Wash the herbs, roughly cut the branches.
  3. Put the potatoes with onions, garlic, herbs and bay leaves in an ovenproof dish. Pour approx. 1/8 l of water from the side. Drizzle the potatoes with olive oil and season with salt. Bake on the middle rack of the oven for approx. 45-50 minutes until they are soft and browned.
  4. French chard balls go well with it.
