Ingredients

  • 800 g pork fillet (s)
  • 2 large apples (Cox orange or similar tasting)
  • 2 cups cream (3 if required)
  • 1 tablespoon curry powder
  • 2 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 1 tablespoon stock, grained
  • salt and pepper
  • Spice mixture (Chinese spice)
  • 1 pinch sugar
  • 250 g cheese (Gouda), sliced
  • Herbs Provence
  • Lemon Pepper
  • paprika powder, noble sweet

Instructions

  1. Cut the pork tenderloin into large pieces and sprinkle the pieces with Chinese spice on one side and salt and pepper on the other. Sear it on both sides.
  2. Put the cream and all of the above spices in a saucepan and bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Add the roast fat.
  3. Place the seared fillet pieces in a baking dish, place the apples cut into thin rings on top and pour the cream sauce over the whole thing. Then cover with the cheese cut into small strips.
  4. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 ° C top / bottom heat for approx. 30 - 40 minutes.
  5. Croquettes or just baguettes and a mixed or green salad go well with this.
  6. The dish is very easy to prepare when guests come.
