- 7 apples
- 3 tablespoon lemon juice
- 0.5 tablespoon ½ cinnamon
- 1 egg (s)
- 1 shot rum
- 40 g powdered suar
- 120 grams flour
- 0.5 liter ½ milk
- oil
- Icing sugar for dusting

- Mix the flour with the egg, powdered sugar, cinnamon and enough milk to create a thick pancake batter.
- Peel and core the apples, cut into wedges and drizzle with lemon juice and rum. Pull the apples through the batter and fry them in hot oil in a pan. Drain on kitchen paper and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
- Vanilla pudding is a good side dish.
