Ingredients

100 g almond (s), round or hazelnuts
1 tablespoon sugar
2 teaspoons cinnamon

Instructions

Make a batter from the dough ingredients. Mix the butter with the sugar until foamy, gradually stir in the eggs, stir in the sifted flour and baking powder and spread thinly on 2 greased baking trays.
For the topping, mix the almonds, sugar and cinnamon and distribute on both baking sheets (dough).
Bake both trays in a preheated oven at 175 ° C for approx. 20 minutes each (until the dough is golden yellow). To let it cool down.
Steam the grated apples with the lemon juice, rum and cinnamon.
Mix the vanilla pudding with 1 tablespoon sugar and 6 tablespoon apple juice. Add the remaining apple juice to the apple mixture and bring to the boil briefly, stir in the pudding powder, briefly bring to the boil again. Spread the mixture on a base and let it cool down.
Beat 300 ml of heavy cream with cream stabilizer and vanilla sugar until stiff, add sour cream and spread on the cooled apple mixture. Place the second floor on top and let it soak for at least 1 day.
Before serving, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
