Ingredients
- 125 g butter, or mararine
- 250 grams sugar
- 3 egg (s)
- 1 pinch (s) salt
- 1 kg quark
- 75 g semolina
- 1 packet custard powder, vanilla
- 1 teaspoon Baking powder
- 750 g apples
- Sultanas
- Fat, for the baking dish

- Mix all ingredients for the quark mixture well.
- Peel the apples, remove the core and cut into fine leaves. Fold into the quark mass with the sultanas and pour into a greased baking dish.
- Bake in the oven at 180-200 degrees for about 50 minutes until golden brown.
- Tastes warm and cold.
- In the microwave combination device, the baking time at 180 watts and 200 degrees is approx. 35 minutes.
- We eat this casserole as a main course for 4 people.
- It can also be varied with other fruits, such as fresh sweet cherries.
