Ingredients
- Choose 2 apples, crunchy, old variety
- 2 teaspoons oil (nut oil)
- Pepper, freshly ground
- 2 tablespoon walnuts, roughly chopped
- some mint

- Peel and core the apples and cut into very thin slices. Divide between two dessert plates and drizzle with a teaspoon of nut oil each. Pepper lightly and sprinkle with the nuts. Garnish with mint leaves.
