- 500 g chicken fillet (s)
- 3 spring onion (s)
- 1 large can (s) pineapple pieces
- 400 ml coconut milk
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1 tablespoon curry paste

- Cook the rice in boiling salted water according to the instructions.
- Cut the meat and spring onions into strips. Heat the oil and fry the meat in it. Stir in the spring onions and curry paste. Pour in 100 ml pineapple juice and coconut milk, simmer for 3 minutes. Add as much pineapple as you like.
