Ingredients

For the dough:

  • 500g flour
  • 250 grams sugar
  • 500 ml buttermilk
  • 2 egg (s)
  • 8 teaspoons vanilla sugar
  • 6 teaspoons baking powder

For covering:

  • 2 cans mandarin (s) or
  • N / A apricot (s), fresh
  • 150 g desiccated coconut
  • 100 g suar
  • 2 cups cream

Instructions

  1. Make a dough from all the ingredients and spread on a baking sheet. Drain the mandarins and place on top of the batter. Mix the desiccated coconut with the sugar and sprinkle over the mandarins.
  2. Bake the whole thing at 180 ° C for about 25 - 30 minutes - the surface should be lightly browned. Then put the cream on the hot cake (absorbs slowly).
