  • 140 g mararine

For covering:

  • 500 g quark (low-fat quark)

  • 200 g suar
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 2 cans tangerine (s) with juice
  • 1 packet custard powder (vanilla)

For the sprinkles:

  • 200 g desiccated coconut
  • 125 g butter
  • 125 g suar

Instructions

  1. Prepare a kneading dough from the ingredients and place on a baking tray. Mix the ingredients for the topping and finally stir in the mandarins with the juice.
