  • 65 g low-fat quark
  • 4 egg whites
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla sugar
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 4 drops bitter almond flavor
  • possibly chocolate, melt

Instructions

  1. Beat the egg whites with the salt until stiff. Now mix the egg whites with the quark. Then fold in the sugar, vanilla sugar, bitter almond oil and desiccated coconut.
  2. Place macaroons on a tray with 2 teaspoons. Bake at approx. 160 ° C for approx. 10 - 12 minutes. Personally, I cover some of the cooled macaroons with chocolate.
