  • 4 egg whites
  • 250 g powdered suar
  • 3 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • 2 tablespoon kirsch
  • 250 g desiccated coconut

Instructions

  1. Beat the egg whites very stiff. Carefully stir in the powdered sugar, kirsch and cocoa. Then fold in the coconut flakes.
