Ingredients

  • 100 g chocolate or couverture (dark)
  • 4 egg whites
  • 200 g suar
  • 250 g almond (s), sliced
  • 40 wafers (more if necessary)

Instructions

  1. Chop the chocolate (or couverture) into small pieces. Beat egg whites with sugar to form snow. Carefully fold the almonds and chocolate under the snow. Spread the wafers on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and pour the egg white mixture onto the wafers with a teaspoon.
  2. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C and bake the macaroons for about 15-20 minutes.
