These cookies are very popular in Chinese restaurants. Besides, not very cheap … But VERY and VERY tasty! Cook: 30 minutes

Ingredients

  • Margarine – 230 g
  • Sugar – 115 g
  • Brown sugar – 60 g
  • Chicken egg – 1 pc
  • Essence (almond) – 1 teaspoon
  • Wheat flour / Flour – 460 g
  • Baking dough – 1 1/2 teaspoon.
  • Salt – 1/8 teaspoon.

Directions

  1. Combine margarine, sugar, and brown sugar, whisk.
  2. Add egg and almond extract, beat.
  3. Combine flour, baking powder, and salt.
  4. Combine flour mixture with margarine gradually and stir well. Form the dough into walnut-sized balls. Dip each ball in granulated sugar.
  5. Place them on a baking sheet about 4 cm apart.
  6. Crush the dough balls with a glass beaker.
  7. Decorate as desired.
  8. We send to the oven at 175 ° C for 12 minutes.
