Ingredients

  • 120 g walnuts
  • 3 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • 50 g dark chocolate
  • 100 g suar, 2 e whites
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 30 wafers

Instructions

  1. Put 30 walnut halves aside, grind the rest. Finely chop the chocolate.
  2. Beat egg whites until stiff, sprinkle in sugar, vanilla sugar and salt. Fold in a tablespoon of cocoa, chocolate and nuts.
  3. Distribute the mixture on the wafers. Dust with the rest of the cocoa (using a sieve). Place a walnut half on each macaroon.
  4. Bake at 150 ° C in a preheated oven for almost 20 minutes.
