Ingredients

  • 170 g butter or mararine
  • 100 g suar
  • 100 g suar, brown
  • 1 egg (s)
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla sugar
  • 200 g flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 140 g oat flakes, fine
  • 75 g walnuts, chopped
  • 50 g chocolate (chocolate chips)

Instructions

  1. Beat the butter, sugar, brown sugar and the egg. Add the vanilla sugar and cinnamon. Sieve flour and baking powder on top (you can also add directly if you want it to be quick). Mix everything to a smooth mass. Fold in the oat flakes, walnuts and chocolate chips and mix well.
  2. Place small heaps with two teaspoons on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake at 160 ° C (fan oven) for 25 minutes.
