Ingredients

  • 4 egg whites
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 120 g suar
  • 50 g oat flakes, crispy, roasted
  • 180 g prunes
  • lemon juice
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 100 g oat flakes, instant (e.. from Kölln)

Instructions

  1. Beat the egg whites until stiff. Gradually add the vanilla sugar and sugar. Chop the prunes and stir into the egg whites together with the remaining ingredients. Use a teaspoon to put small piles of dough from the mixture on a baking sheet lined with baking paper (you can put the dough piles close to each other, the dough hardly runs apart when baking).
  2. Bake the macaroons in a preheated oven at 175 ° C for about 15 minutes.
  3. Tip: You can also replace some of the prunes with raisins or other dried fruits.
