Instructions

  1. Beat egg whites and sugar, it doesn`t have to get stiff! Add cocoa, chocolate, almonds and oat flakes, mix briefly.
  2. Place about 40 wafers on a baking sheet lined with baking paper, more if necessary, and place small heaps of the mixture on top with a teaspoon.
  3. Bake for about 25 minutes at 180 ° C.
