Ingredients
- 65 g suar
- 65 g cane suar
- 2 large egg (s)
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 250 g flour
- 170 g chocolate (whole milk), chopped
- 170 g chocolate (dark), chopped
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ salt
- 160 ml milk
- 120 g butter, melted
- 120 g walnuts, chopped

- Mix the sugar, cane sugar, flour, baking powder and salt in a large bowl. Mix the milk, eggs, butter and vanilla sugar together well in another bowl. Make a well in the middle of the dry ingredients. Add the milk mixture and stir until everything has combined. Stir in the nuts and chocolate chips. Pour the batter into a greased muffin tin (also grease the edge around the indentations). Bake in a preheated oven at 200 ° C for approx. 15-20 minutes (make a stick test). Take the tin out of the oven and let it cool for five minutes. Remove the muffins from the tin and place on a rack to cool. Serve warm or cold. Makes 12-14 delicious muffins.
